I have a lot of hobbies that I dabble in, mostly I write and read. I used to knit a bit, but my time for projects and priority placement has changed over the years, I hope to get back to it someday.

Movies |
My absolute favorite movie of all time is Hocus Pocus. Yes, I know not what you'd expect of a grown man. I love it because it reminds me of a simpler time, the nostalgia factor it holds is something to treasure. I have a lot of favorites, and the genre ranges. One of my other favorite movies is remember the titans, its an amazing movie with great actors telling a great story. I am also a fan of sci fi and horror, as well as fantasy / superhero films. |

Television |
My favorite modern TV shows are Heartstopper, and some of the Marvel shows on Disney+. I am also a lover of old shows like I love Lucy, Golden Girls, Friends, Sex and the City (yes I know its dated, I enjoy the good parts still) and I also watched a few shows in the early aughts like one tree hill, The OC, Sabrina the teenage witch, Charmed, Buffy the vampire slayer and Angel of course. I went on to love The vampire diaries, The originals, Legacies, I also loved Glee (minus the cringe stuff) and Pretty Little Liars. |

Books |
I consider myself an avid reader. I love queer literature. Dr. Eric Cervini is one of my favorite historians and he's written a wonderful book. My favorite authors are TJ Klune and Alex Sanchez, they create such wonderful characters and stories. Both have helped me heal parts of myself I never knew needed healing. Favorite books: The god box Rainbow boys series Wolfsong series Twilight series (I know, insert eye roll *here*) |

About me:
Welcome and Hello! I am a gay man from the Michigan thumb area. I love to read, my favorite genres are fantasy & romance, not exclusively. I listen to all genres of music, my favorites being Motown and 90s-2000s alternative & pop. I have a dog named Toby and a cat named Twyla, that I love with my entire being. I grew up here, I love it here. Michigan is a beautiful state with a lot to offer the eyes and soul. I enjoy nature and learning things about the environment, animals and ways to be a better human to myself and the other life forms around me. I love the arts, expression is my favorite part of existing. I love that we have so many things to muse us, and access to so many outlets we can take to achieve a goal.
Who I'd like to meet:
I know this generally means the people I hope to meet on here, but to indulge myself in a little old school social media fun, I'm gonna answer like I did on Myspace back in 2004 and start with famous people (lol) I have my hangups about meeting my heroes, I read a lot and that's not always a good idea.If I had to pick though, I would like to meet Lady Gaga. I think she seems genuine and has a natural way of helping you feel connected to her on a personal level in conversation. I like her interviews, she conducts herself well and handles negative comments and opinions wonderfully. I would also choose to meet JoJo ( Joanna Levesque) and if you don't know who that is, she sings the song "Leave, Get out" and "Too little too late" Two amazing early 2000s pop hits. Aside from celebrities: I genuinely want to meet kind and empathetic people.
