Movies

My favourite movie is 28 Days Later, not only because the majority of the first half of the film takes place IN my home city but because it had such an insane cultural impact on the zombie genre, it completely reinvented Romero’s traditional zombie trope into the modern variants we see today. (And before some dweeb comes at me like “28DL isn’t even a zombie movie, they aren’t dead, they’re alive and infected-“ I KNOW!!! But the overall cultural impact on the way zombies were written in zombie media is so extreme that I will class it within the genre until the day I DIE!)

Television

Buffy The Vampire Slayer is one of my favourite series ever, even though her friends fucking SUUUUCK, she literally risks her life every day saving them AND the world doing a job she never even asked for only for them to find every way to turn their backs on her and betray her then invalidate her feelings about the fact they betrayed her. TWD is also pretty up there for me as well, I love zombies what can I say.

Books

I like Graphic Novels. Watchmen, The True Lives of The Fabulous Killjoys, …The Walking Dead (Original at this point I know) I also like actual books though I read them less, I like “Cell” by Stephen King and the Charlie Higson series starting with “The Enemy”. As well as the “Newsflesh” Trilogy by Mira Grant.
