General

I’m a huge fan of story-driven, immersive games that really leave a mark. Some of my absolute favorites are Undertale, Doki Doki Literature Club (DDLC), and Twisted Wonderland. These games pull you into their worlds with unique storytelling and unforgettable characters. Undertale stands out with its quirky humor and deep themes, while DDLC combines psychological twists with a seemingly innocent visual novel style that completely surprised me. Twisted Wonderland brings its own magic with a dark fantasy vibe and characters inspired by classic villains, making it truly captivating. I’m also really into Minecraft for its endless creativity and freedom. Whether it’s building complex structures, exploring new biomes, or creating little worlds of my own, Minecraft gives me the chance to bring my imagination to life. And then, there’s Roblox—especially the early days. I have a special nostalgia for classic Roblox, back when it was simpler yet endlessly fun, offering an open playground where creativity and simplicity blended perfectly. Gaming is more than just a hobby for me; it’s been a way to explore new worlds, dive into complex stories, and connect with ideas that inspire me. I find each game brings something new and different, a chance to see things from another perspective or just escape for a while into a unique universe.

Music

I’m a huge fan of Melanie Martinez. Her storytelling, unique style, and blend of dark and whimsical themes make her music something I can’t get enough of. Her songs feel like stepping into a world of their own, full of vivid imagery and emotional depth that I connect with. But aside from Melanie’s music, I also really enjoy more relaxed tunes that give me a sense of calm and introspection. For example, “Darle la vuelta al mundo” by Calle 13 has this beautiful vibe that’s both laid-back and meaningful, reflecting the importance of living fully and appreciating what we have. I also have a soft spot for 2000s pop. There’s something nostalgic and fun about revisiting songs from that era—they remind me of simpler times and always bring up good memories. Listening to this mix of music styles gives me a sense of balance; Melanie’s tracks inspire me with their creativity and edge, while softer songs and throwbacks let me relax and enjoy a lighter side of life.

I’m a big fan of horror movies; there’s something thrilling about the suspense and the adrenaline rush that keeps me coming back for more. I enjoy the way horror films can explore deep themes and evoke strong emotions. However, my all-time favorite movie is La canción del mar (Song of the Sea). This beautiful animated film captures the essence of magic and folklore, weaving a touching story that resonates with me on a personal level. The visuals are stunning, and the music is enchanting, creating an atmosphere that pulls you into its world. It’s a perfect blend of beauty and emotion that stays with you long after the credits roll. While I love the thrill of horror, La canción del mar reminds me of the importance of storytelling and the power of connection. I absolutely love shows like Más allá del jardín (Over the Garden Wall). Its whimsical storytelling and beautiful animation make it a true gem that I can watch repeatedly. Sometimes, I dive into the hilarious and absurd world of Rick y Morty, where the wild adventures and clever humor keep me entertained. I also enjoy South Park for its sharp satire and unapologetic approach to social commentary. One of my favorite characters from South Park is the “stupid Jew,” whose antics always crack me up. The show’s bold humor often resonates with me, reminding me of the importance of not taking life too seriously while still engaging with the deeper themes it presents.

Heroes

My favorite heroes are definitely Deadpool and Spider-Man! Deadpool, with his irreverent humor and unconventional approach to heroism, stands out as one of the most unique characters in the superhero universe. I love how he breaks the fourth wall, making jokes and comments that keep me laughing while delivering some seriously epic action. His ability to embrace chaos and not take himself too seriously makes him incredibly relatable, especially when facing overwhelming odds. The way he navigates his complicated life while still managing to be a hero is both entertaining and refreshing. On the other hand, Spider-Man represents everything I admire about a hero. He embodies the classic adage, "With great power comes great responsibility." Peter Parker’s journey is filled with challenges, and I appreciate how he balances the struggles of being a teenager with the heavy burden of being a hero. His resilience, determination, and commitment to doing the right thing, even when it’s difficult, resonate deeply with me. I find his character incredibly inspiring, as he teaches us that it’s okay to be imperfect and that everyone can make a difference, no matter how small. Together, Deadpool and Spider-Man offer a fascinating contrast in heroism. Deadpool represents the chaotic and humorous side of being a hero, while Spider-Man embodies the earnest and responsible aspect. They both remind me that heroism comes in many forms and that it's important to embrace our individuality while striving to make a positive impact in the world.
