General

generally general! i really really like planes. my favourite plane is the mcdonnell douglas dc-10 and all variants. including the kc-10 extender (rest in peace soon, rest easy big sexy.) i also like military history, my favourite era is the 1980s between the warsaw pact and nato, fulda gap confrontation able archer yadda yadda. i like naval history too! a lot of my focus is on the cold war, especially around the 80s. i like to call myself an expert on the history of the dutch caribbean and soviet/russian military history. my favourite airlines are Northwest Airlines (bowling shoe livery) and the antilliaanse luchtvaart maatschappij also known as ALM favourite airline i've rode on though? Insel Air. serving up hot pastechis as inflight meals on their MD-82s... so tasty, i miss when they flew. sadly they went bankrupt.
