honestly, i listen to everything and anything, but some of my fav genres rn r cozy classical, jazz, bossa nova, r&b, indie, alt, and OPs of animes (ik this ain't rlly a genre, but TRUST IT'S SO GOOD). some artists i listen to --> wave to earth, daniel caesar, rin, matt maltese, laufey, flawed mangoes, clairo, beabadoobee, lamp, ichiko aoba, and more!!

Movies

something about sad movies hurts SO GOOD😭 but also, for self-care, i really enjoy anything heartfelt, funny, or action-packed! romcoms, roadtrip films, or movies that cover topics on human relationships interest me the most at the moment :D i have waaaayy too much recommendations for different movie moods!! i'll probably be updating abt them somewhere here! some recent favs r little miss sunshine, wonder, tune in for love, drawing closer. OH, AND I LOVE STUDIO GHIBLIIIII <333

Television

-THE GOOD PLACE!!! Please please watch it!! It's too good to miss out on >_< -childhood: star vs the forces of evil, avatar: the last airbender, sofia the first, loud house, the amazing world of gumball, the regular show, the disastrous life of saiki k, gakuen alice, ben and holly's little kingdom, octonauts, super why, bubble guppies, total drama island, mlb, a series of unfornutate events, gravity falls -comfort shows: everything saiki k ofc :-), when i fly towards you, the inbestigators (SO UNDERATED), when life gives you tangerines

Books

i LOVEEE books!! through them, i get to live as many lives as i want-- isn't that just so cool? there's a lot to learn from people, so i'd say there's a lot you can learn from books as well :D i'm quite a mood reader, but i'm open to any genre! so far, my favorite genre has been literary fiction (UGHH I LOVE LOVE CHARACTER-DRIVEN STORIES!!!), but it's pretty broad and i pretty much enjoy anything and everything.. Some books i love are the travelling cat chronicles, lonely castle in the mirror (FRIENDSHIP!!!), legit anything by ann liang >-<, tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow, alone with you in the ether, the little prince, and omg there's just so much books i love!!!!! not really 'books' but i also enjoy reading manwhas and mangas!!
