General

My Little Pony (specifically g4) is starting to be my main interest as of the moment! Cotton-candy-colored ponies that are able to talk will naturally win anybody over. I wouldn't say I plan on collecting at the moment, I think I'm more into the geographical aspect of the story but I do love Pinkie Pie!

Music

I really love listening to N.E.R.D. but besides that, I'm currently getting back into Vocaloid! I've definitely heard of most of the songs but never found any of the voicebanks appealing for me to keep following until now. I found this cool one called VY2 (Yuma), specifically the character design where he has pink hair and a beanie.

Movies

It's really hard for me to like movies. Like it's serious, not even joking... I swear anybody who loves movies should not talk about movies with me. I appreciate the work and time that's put in when making them and I respect creativity but something about them is turning me off. I actually put in the time to study film to figure out what's the "off-switch." I think it's because it's hard for me to latch onto the characters even if I have 3 hours to get to know them.

Television

Love television. I think my favorite show has to be "Ugly Betty," despite facing a huge writer's strike within the last seasons of production and Betty pissed me the fuck off for most of it, it's funny and fashionable. The design of the Mode building, the dramatic plot-twists and the messy villains are something that I love.

Books

It's really embarrassing but I actually need to start reading various genres again because I've low-key been sticking to fun-bad reads like Twilight & Divergent because holy, it's such a mess and the characters are so terrible but for it being a big part of early 2010s social culture is so ridiculous to me that I can't help but try to analyze what was "good" about it.

Heroes

I'm also getting into the "gyaru" subculture! It's something I've been interested in when I was younger but never had the opportunity to try it since it's a very demanding lifestyle but as I have more freedom & time now, I'm starting to do my research! I look up to this subculture because it's all about being wild with glamour, not caring how others view them because of how they look and standing out in a world where self-expression can be frowned down upon.
