仄暗い水の底から 海沿いの街に1ヶ月滞在する。部屋の窓いっぱいに海が見える。湾になっていて波はとても静かだ。 平らかな水面はすなおに空を映す。晴れの日は海底が明るく透けて清々しい。今朝起きるとまず海を見た。眺めているうちに次々と色を変えて、水面に波紋が立った。仄暗い雲からしとしとと降る雨。片頭痛の予防薬を服用する。 穏やかな海が見える部屋はいい。心から安らぐのだ。遠くに山が見えるのもすばらしい。和歌でも詠みたくなる。 だけど早くうちに帰りたい。愛する人と生き物が待つ場所。帰ったら、この街の海の話を聞かせてあげよう。少し大人になったわたしを見せよう。 (Books and Movies)
