Writing, literature & poetry. I love creating stories and symbolic worlds. Even though I have never finished my novels, writing has always felt like one of the most magical forms of art to me. Poetry fascinates me because words can contain entire universes within them. They become archetypes, each one carrying so much meaning and possibility. It's almost magical how a single poem can be interpreted in a thousand different ways. I think any text can hold that kind of depth if we look closely enough, but poetry feels like it was made to be explored that way.
Drawing & painting. My favorite mediums are graphite, watercolor and oil painting. I've been taking painting classes since I was very young with the same teacher, who I deeply admire as an artist, and my mother is also a visual artist who has always supported and inspired my creative process. What I love the most is expressing emotions through colors, brushstrokes, faces and bodies.

Visual novels & narrative games. I love stories where the player can make choices and actively participate in the narrative. I think it is an incredible form of art, and creating a narrative video game is something I would love to do someday. Some games I particularly love are Sally Face, Slow Damage, DDLC, DRAMAtical Murder, Boyfriend to Death, Teaching Feeling, along with some of the basics like Minecraft or Mortal Kombat.
Moths. They are my favorite animals. I love their wings, textures, colors and delicate appearance. I have always found them magical, and I even wear jewelry inspired by them because they feel like tiny pieces of art from nature.
Cinema. Is definitely one of the things I love the most in this world.
I don't see movies as just stories, but as complete worlds: the cinematography, the colors, the music, the silences, the camera movements, the settings, and every little detail that someone decided to put there.
I'm fascinated by strange cinema, those movies that leave you with a new feeling after finishing them, as if a part of them keeps living inside your head. I love works that aren't afraid to be uncomfortable, abstract, disturbing, or simply different from traditional cinema. My favorite movies probably say more about me than any description could. I love movies with complex characters, melancholic atmospheres, beauty within strangeness, and a visual identity impossible to forget. My biggest dream is to create a movie someday. Not just write it, but build every part of it: the script, cinematography, art direction, characters, aesthetics, and the emotion I want to convey. Sometimes I even think I would like to act in it because I feel like no one could portray exactly what I have in my head the way I imagine it (although I would probably end up trying to do the work of an entire production by myself My favorite directors ranked are: Ingmar Bergman, Lars von Trier, Hayao Miyazaki, Mamoru Hosoda, and Gaspar Noé.
Psychedelics, altered states of consciousness & ethnobotany. I am deeply fascinated by the way psychedelic substances can transform perception, emotions and the way we experience reality. I find the relationship between humans, psychedelic plants and altered states of consciousness incredibly interesting, especially the cultural, spiritual and psychological meanings they have had throughout history. I am fascinated by the idea that these experiences can reveal perspectives of reality that we normally do not perceive, and by the way they challenge our understanding of consciousness itself.
Photography.
I love photography, especially macro photography.
I enjoy capturing details that usually go unnoticed:
flowers, insects, textures and colors.
I often feel like plants and insects have personalities of their own,
and photography allows me to reveal their hidden beauty.

HTML, CSS & web design. I love creating and customizing websites, experimenting with layouts and graphics, and recreating the charm of old internet aesthetics. Sometimes I wish I had been a teenager during the 2000s so I could have experienced that era of the internet firsthand.
Dreams & dream interpretation. I am fascinated by the way the unconscious expresses itself through dreams and the symbolic language they use. I deeply admire filmmakers like Ingmar Bergman, Andrei Tarkovsky and Lars von Trier because many of their films feel like dreams: they follow an emotional and symbolic logic rather than a traditional one. Someday I would love to create films that feel this way, where images express what words cannot and the audience feels like they are experiencing a dream.
Owls. They are one of my favorite animals. I have a special fascination with barn owls. I love their delicate appearance, their silent flight and their almost unreal faces. I once dreamed of a night sky completely filled with them, and it was the most beautiful sky I have ever seen. I have never forgotten that dream or the feeling of looking up and seeing the entire sky covered in owls.
Psychology.I'm fascinated by human behavior, emotions, symbolism and the way the mind works. Understanding psychology also helps me create more complex characters.
Psychological horror & unsettling fiction. I love works that stay in your mind long after experiencing them, especially those that feel dreamlike and leave room for interpretation.

𝐋𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐦𝐞:
Yui — Nii-chan
Yui is probably one of the characters I identify with the most in my life. It is not only because of the near-abuse he experienced during his childhood, but because of the way his feelings remained attached to the person who hurt him. He cannot separate the affection, desire, and nostalgia he feels for what he experienced with Kei, even though he rationally understands that it is morally wrong. I identify a lot with that emotional contradiction. With the fact that something can hurt you and still awaken feelings that do not simply disappear because you know they should not exist. Unlike Yui, though, I still irrationally feel that he did not hurt me, and that what really hurt me was the way the adults handled the situation without ever finding out about the abuse itself. All they knew was that my uncle had shown me his penis because I asked my mom what that thing was, without knowing the disaster I had set off within my family.
Kei — Nii-chan
Kei is probably the character I feel the most uncomfortable identifying with. I do not identify with the horrible things he does, but with the way the abuse he experienced as a child ended up distorting his relationship with desire and with other people. I find it disturbing how something that was done to you can become so deeply mixed with your sexuality that you no longer know where one thing ends and the other begins. Kei represents that darkest part of me: not only being a victim of something, but how something like that can end up affecting the way a person thinks, desires, and acts many years later.
Towa — Slow Damage
Towa is one of the characters I identify with the most. I feel that what represents me the most about him is the way he experiences art and self-destruction. For him, painting is not simply an activity he enjoys: it is his way of putting his most intense feelings onto a physical plane. I also have a very similar relationship with art, even though my way of expressing it is completely different from his. I also identify with his tendency to destroy himself. Towa has no interest in protecting himself or living healthily. He is very impulsive and has addictive and self-destructive behaviors. I am not as cold or distant as he is, not at all, but I have experienced that self-destructive side firsthand.
Yoon Bum — Killing Stalking
Yoon Bum is very similar to me in a rather uncomfortable way. I think what I recognize the most in him is his desperate need to cling to what hurts him the most. Bum has an enormous need to be loved and to find some kind of connection, even when that connection ends up being completely destructive for him. I do not experience it with another person; I experience it with myself. I am my own obsession and the person who hurts me the most. I also identify with the way he seems to live trapped inside his own head. His thoughts, obsessions, and feelings end up consuming him. There is something very self-destructive in the way he relates to everything he desires: he knows that something is wrong, but that does not stop him from wanting it. I think that, more than identifying with the specific things Bum does, I identify with that need to cling to something even when I know it is hurting me, and with the difficulty of telling the difference between wanting something and desperately needing it.
Howl Jenkins Pendragon — Howl's Moving Castle
Howl is probably the character whose connection to me is the simplest, but also one of the strongest. I identify with the importance beauty has for him. His appearance is so deeply tied to his identity that when he feels he is no longer beautiful, everything loses its meaning. “I see no point in living if I can't be beautiful.” That sentence represents me in life. My desire to be beautiful is not simply about wanting to look pretty. Beauty occupies a much more important place in my life. If I could choose only one thing to have, I would choose to be beautiful. So even though Howl and I are very different in so many ways, this part of him feels completely like my own.
Joe — Nymphomaniac
Joe is one of the characters I identify with the most because of her relationship with desire. It is not simply that she has an enormous amount of sexual desire, but that sex ends up occupying her entire life and becoming a way to escape, search for something, or fill something that can never truly be filled and, instead, becomes emptier and emptier. I identify a lot with that contradiction: seeking pleasure through something while, at the same time, creating more problems because of it. I also identify with the way Joe ends up judging herself for her own sexuality and turning her desires into a reason to consider herself a bad person. I think what represents me the most about her is that her sexuality is not separate from the rest of her identity. It is something that ends up consuming an enormous part of her life, for better and for worse.
Erika Kohut — La pianiste
Erika is one of the characters I identify with the most because of the way her sexuality, guilt, and self-punishment became tangled together inside her. I do not identify with her simply because she is a masochist. For a while, I also thought I was one, but eventually I understood that I did not actually enjoy pain in a sexual way. What I do recognize in her is the tendency to turn one's own sexuality into something one has to punish oneself for. Her desire is constantly overwhelmed by shame, guilt, and disgust toward herself. That is something I understand perfectly. I identify with the feeling of being unable to experience my own sexuality completely separately from all the fear surrounding it. I also relate strongly to the enormous difference between what Erika shows on the outside and everything that exists inside her. She has an extremely intense inner life that she cannot easily share with other people. There are things that exist only inside her head, and letting another person see them feels unbearable. ◀◀◀

My relationship with sufferingI don't want to get better. I know how fucked up my problems are. I know they hurt me, and I know they're slowly rotting my mind. But knowing that doesn't mean I actually want to get rid of them. I love my problems. I love being problematic. I love my traumas. They're mine. They're a part of me. I genuinely feel like I need them. I don't know who I would be without all of this. I spent so much time building myself around my problems that imagining myself without them feels strangely empty. I'm too attached to my own suffering because I made it a very important part of my identity.

About me:
I am an impure being. Physically, I can be beautiful, but inside, I am rotting.
Self-harm has been a part of my life for years. It often serves as a form of self-punishment when I don't feel pretty enough, when I hate my body, or when the disgust I feel toward my own mind eventually turns into an urge to self-harm.
I am a nymphomaniac. I always have been, even before I was raped. From a very young age, I developed a dependence on masturbation and pornography, and my relationship with desire became deeply distorted by my fantasies. I started consuming pornography when I was very little and I was never able to quit. Nothing that has nothing to do with my fantasies seems capable of satisfying me.
I am a virgin and, paradoxically, I have no real desire to have sex. I don't like the idea of being watched or touched by another person, and I am convinced that nobody could give me the same pleasure I find in my own mind and in my own body.
For a while, I thought I was a masochist. When I started cutting myself again after several years without doing it, my relationship with pain, self-hatred, and sexuality became particularly unhealthy. I let myself be completely consumed by my fantasies and eventually accepted the idea that I was simply a bad person.
That led me to become involved with extremely disturbing communities, full of people who had also decided to identify themselves with the worst parts of who they were. Instead of making me feel understood, it only dragged me further down. I ended up participating in sexual situations I didn't even want, simply to fit into the miserable place I had chosen for myself. I even became involved with adults who sought out minors, deliberately put myself in situations of exploitation and humiliation, and allowed myself to be consumed by them just to belong.
Eventually, I understood that all of it was destroying me, and I distanced myself quite a lot from that world. That doesn't mean my self-esteem magically got better. It's still in the fucking gutter. But I can't stand continuing to sink in the same way anymore.
I also thought about suicide many times and even attempted it. For a long time, I interpreted my inability to do it as cowardice, as if even dying were something I didn't deserve to achieve. I am currently much farther away from that mental place, but that part of my history still exists, and I don't intend to pretend it was never there.
I was raped when I was very little. One of the most disturbing parts of my relationship with what happened is that for a long time, I felt a strong desire toward my abuser. That desire deeply embarrassed me and ultimately turned my sexuality into something shameful and sick. Over the years, it stopped being directed specifically toward him, but it still appears transformed within my fantasies.
I suppose my mind tries to repeat the scenario over and over again, but this time under circumstances in which I can have some kind of control. I remained trapped in that moment even though I don't have complete conscious memories of what happened. I only have a fragmented image that I confused with a dream for a long time.
Sometimes I even think the abuse might never have happened and that my mind invented everything to justify my fantasies. I think that is quite possible. Even so, when I was in therapy, my therapist was convinced that the abuse had happened.
Speaking of therapists: I hate them. I was never able to truly open up in therapy. Confessing what goes on inside my head feels extremely shameful and uncomfortable to me. There are things I can't even say out loud in front of someone who is supposedly there to listen to me. I'd rather hide them than allow another person to see them.
I am also obsessed with my scars. I find them incredibly attractive. Ever since they appeared, I've stopped hating the parts of my body that bear them. The scars transformed those places into something I can look at without feeling disgust. To me, they have something of body art about them: physical marks loaded with trauma, history, and pain.
I like taking pictures of them and showing them on the internet. For a long time, posting pictures of my body, my scars, and my sexuality was a huge source of self-esteem for me. I've been creating pornographic content for almost a year, and for a while I even incorporated fresh wounds into it. I do it much less now; I suppose I simply got bored of it.
Being watched doesn't necessarily turn me on, but I deeply enjoy being desired. There is something about knowing that another person finds me attractive that feeds my ego in a way very few things can.
This is probably the part of me that I could never show anyone.
It is not everything that I am.
Nor is it necessarily who I am now.
It is simply the place where I keep everything I was ashamed to admit existed for so long.
