General

i love cats lots, i have two of my own and if i had the room, i’d have about 500 more. i’m v passionate about pursuing my legal career to help people get the justice they deserve and to create a positive impact on people’s lives. i love video games; anything from cuphead to call of duty. i love something that challenges me but the main thing i look for in games is a bloody good storyline (even if they break my heart)

Music

grew up as a scene kid and now have a huge passion for different genres of metal music, but i also love classic 2000s pop for a bit of nostalgia, rock music and i have a soft spot for jazz music. some of my favourite bands are; dying fetus, pantera, system of a down, meshuggah, lamb of god, whitechapel, woods of ypres, oceano and literally hundreds more.

Movies

i write movie reviews in my spare time; sometimes they will be silly one sentence jokes and other times i will get passionate and start talking about shot types and lighting etc. i’m a huge fan of horror movies, specifically slashers, i don’t rlly like supernatural or paranormal horrors though (sorry, i just don’t find em scary) one of my favourite films of all time is whiplash, it’s a masterpiece and i could talk about it forever. growing up my favourite film was always scott pilgrim vs the world, i wanted to be ramona flowers so fcking bad.

Television

i don’t watch much tv (i don’t really have time) but there are a few series i find myself going back to such as; breaking bad, prison break, orphan black, orange is the new black, power and suits.

Books

i looooove reading so much. i’m currently reading the phantom of the opera (it’s beautiful). i try my best to read as much and as often as i can but sometimes that can be difficult considering the lack of space on my bookshelves for new books…

Heroes

not necessarily a hero but someone i respect greatly is dave rowntree of blur. i didn’t like the man at first because of his conduct towards nardwuar (which he later apologised for), but learning more about his career was super inspiring. i love how he went from graduating university and being the frontline of information technology, to an incredibly successful music career, to returning to university and pursuing a legal and also political career. he’s very talented and living proof that you can achieve anything you put your mind to.
