i love alluka too. coincidentally, shizuku n kurapika fans r v common on spacehey. my fav arc has to be the zoldyck family mini arc [if it counts], bc my fav character mike appears there. hes so friend shaped, i dont get y ppl r scared of him.

shizuku got such an emo anime girl vibe to her that non hxh watchers will make her their pfp but then gets confused when hxh fans starts interacting w them...

im the biggest illumi hater u will ever meet but unfortunately hes my highest kin. his ability is neat, but thats the only part of his character that i enjoy. i agree that his 1st appearance in the 2011 adaptation is terrible, but the same scene in the 1999 adaptation isnt as bad. he is actually drawn quite well there.

yeah thats true i remember when hxh got popular on tt and every other girl use it to it attract other ppl, which its fine the thing is how she started being portrayed as just another goth/emo anime girl, i like her mostly bc of her combat style n bc i think shes badass

the 1999 adaptation approached the series w a more realistic style, which made everything look more pleasing, iykwim. imo, 1999 illumi objectively looks better than 2011 illumi. i want to send u imgs to compare, so do u have discord?
