General

My main interest is in vintage pneumatic animatronic bands such as The Rock-Afire Explosion or the Pizza Time Players (and other such PTT bots), but I love all animatronics. Note that this does NOT include fictional animatronics. I also like vintage technology of the "animatronic boom" era (in my mind this began in the early 70s, peaked in the 80s and tapered off relatively quickly in the early 90s), as well as other electromechanical dodads and vacuum tube gadgets. Other than that I'm kinda just autistic and/ or a white dad trapped in a teenage transmasculine lesbian's body. 

There's no dedicated section for Video games so i'll put it here: I particularly like both the Red Dead series (including red dead revolver!) and the Fallout series. 

Music

I'm a metalhead!! My favorite bands are Bathory, Darkthrone, Spectral Wound, and Blackbraid. 

I am also a musician and I play Tenor Saxophone, Tuba, Clarinet, and (begrudgingly) Alto saxophone. My favorite style of band music is old fashioned marches and I am a member of a high level corps style college marching band.

Movies

I like Carrie (1976), An American Werewolf in London, Psycho (1960), The Shining (1980), and other movies like that, but I don't watch very many movies.

Television

Books

I love nonfiction books. Any book about some weird thing that happened in the early/mid twentieth century tends to be one I enjoy. In terms of fiction, my favorite book of all time is Carrie, followed closely by House of Leaves. My favorite nonfiction books are The Kentucky Cave Wars and The Victorian Book of Death.
