i def would!! i actually think that the re4 remake was kinda unnecessary when there are games like code veronica that never got a remake or re1 that got one (1) remake 21 years ago. but re4r was a commercial and critical success so yea. i didn't play it yet but it looks nice. im honestly nervously hyped for death island rn i hope they dont fuck it up. whats ur fav re game btw??

i think the re4 remake was unnecessary T_T!! and watching alot of comparison videos the atmosphere and sound design was TOTALLY LOST!! it honestly is sad, theres a huge graphical update and it looks better but it took out a ton of its personality..and the voice acting :(( makes me sad!! i saw the death island remake too!! i hope that isnt ruined. and my favorite is hard bc i havent really played alot of re games!!! i want to, but ive stuck to watching gameplay of most of them// i think my favorites are re4 or re7!!!

yeahh the original re4 is so good and honestly camp, i recently finished it!! i also think the 2000s graphics fits the theme so well,, idk about the modern graphics. for some reason whenever horror games have that specific graphic style that re4r has it kinda bugs me?? i appreciate silent hill 3 typa graphics a lot more tbh. i appreciate some changes like giving ashley a more fitting outfit and making her more fleshed out overall but idk about the voice acting. i think the controversy mostly stems from ada?? i like the actress and she seems nice but idk if she was the right choice for ada, maybe it'd be better if they casted someone more close to her original voice. i love ada as a character tho she's really cool.

yess!! modern graphics objectively look better but it takes away so much atmosphere and personality !!! i freaking love silent hill and its textures. but voice acting wise, i understand why they casted ada since she was in the movies, but shes not a voice actor :( i wish she put more effort into her lines or there was a better voice director. the merchant also feels alot more gruff in the original and i miss sandy cheeks!!! i also wish the remake didnt cut so many things from the original, alot of its humor was looostt :((( i love ada though, and i think her new model is so cute ^^
