Blunt Farce's Interests

General	Writing, Comedy, Video/Audio making, Underground Art of all kinds, Obscure music, The free, useful and strange stuff you can find on the internet.
Music	Former punk rock guitar player. Currently, my favorite music is anything I've never heard before. Enjoy doing random searches through sound archives and a big fan of the website: radio.garden -- where you can listen to radio streams from all over the world.
Movies	Big movie geek, new/old, classic/deranged. high-tech/low-tech. All of it. I watch TCM like someone is paying me to.
Television	also: Good/Bad, New/Old, mostly comedy. Love the BBC and the RTE and anything else you can find when you burrow deeper into Netflix, Amz Prime, and don't forget the free streaming services through the public library system.
Books	Same. Too many favorites to list. Most recent reads: > All of Dawn Powell's novels > "Siddhartha" - Hermann Hesse > "Self Portrait with Russian Piano" - Wolf Wondratschek
Heroes	Everyone from Buddha to Buster Keaton. Bettie Page to Mother Teresa

While work is slooooow and has been for a while, I've written for anime, videogames, and reality TV, and Print. I've also written for 'live' performances: one-man shows, some stand-up (not much) and a lot of those essay shows like 'The Moth' etc. and of course I write and write and write something every day even though I'm not getting paid for it - spec scripts, cartoons, 'humor' essays, and anything else. Currently trying to launch either a youtube animated 'talk show' or a weirdo podcast (or possibly both) Keep writing. by Blunt Farce; 1611630923; Report
